If we cannot reach a resolution together

We are committed to resolving your complaint fairly and transparently. However, if you feel that we have not provided a satisfactory solution, you have the right to escalate your complaint to Sanadak.

Sanadak is the UAE’s first legally established independent Ombudsman Unit, dedicated to protecting consumer rights and resolving complaints related to Financial Institutions and Licensed Insurance Companies. It now handles all consumer complaint duties previously managed by the Central Bank of the UAE’s Consumer Protection Department and the Insurance Dispute Resolution Committee.
